LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd today announced a special FREEDOM OFFER its all models of 19" wide and 22" wide LCD monitors. Under this offer, on purchase of an LG LCD Monitor during 16 Aug'08 to 30th Sept'08, customers are entitled to avail extended warranty of 2 years. With this new initiative in place, the company becomes the first in the industry to extend such an offer.
The process of availing this offer is simplistic. The customers are required to login to www.in.lge.com and visit Consumer Promotion section to register themselves to avail the extended warranty. They will then get a registration number. The invoice copy of purchase and MRP sticker cutting from the carton box of monitor needs to be then sent on the address specified on the website to avail the 2 years extended warranty certificate.
The extended warranty can be claimed in future by producing the certificate to any of LG's service centre. The status can also be checked on the company's website.
